Gracious Beauty Esthetics Policy Late Arrivals: In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communicating with me will either be charged a late fee of $10 or will forfeit the original appointment. Late Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify me at least 2 hours prior. No-Shows: In case of missing an appointment, you will be imposed with a fee totaling 50% of the treatment price you had booked. This will need to be paid before rebooking. Two or more missed appointments equal being denied any future treatments. Refunds: Refunds will not be given under any circumstance. If you are not happy with your service I ask you to reach out to me and we can talk about how to rectify what you're displeased with. In regards to a lash lift, I will re-lift them free of charge but no refund will be given due to the time and materials used. Guests: Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless you have spoken to me beforehand. While I understand sometimes it is hard to find childcare, I must have my full attention on giving the best treatment possible.
